Guess why I am sitting in front of the computer at 4:20AM… jet lag @___@ Just returned from a two-week trip in Taiwan, visiting family, tea/teaware sources and plantations. I had my focus on Mu-Zha area (Bao Zhong, Bi Lou Chun and Tie Guan Yin), Pu-erh (spent a whole day with Mr. Chen of Xi-Zi Hao) and Yixings. So be prepared, really prepared, to see a flood of great new (I mean, some very old) things on Hou De soon!

Welcome back, Guang.
Will we see some new XiZhiHao beengs?
Tomas
Yes, very soon. XZH has some very exciting 2009 or aged offerings. The design of XZH is even more mature and refined. I really like the 1963 compacted mao cha – will try to get some of it and offer on HouDe.
Also brought back many photos and videos of XZH. Some are very educational for us. Will gradually upload and share them on blog or Youtube.

GOOD news , Guang .
Waiting Bi Luo Chun , Bao Zhong , Pu er Sheng and other Gao Sha cha from Taiwan.
Spring – Like …
Thank You .
.PHILIPPE.
By aged offerings you mean something like the 1997 YiWu and 1999 Mengsa?
Tomas
Different aged pu-erhs. The 97 Yiwu and 99 Mengsa were both sold out.

Guang you have t matured as a film maker’
the you tube video of you friend is touching in its elegance and refinement so absent in todays American Culture I am proud that your friend chooses to Honor his daughter at such a young age. I wish our culture would emulate this type of Respect and Honor we seem to have lost our honor and respect for our children.
what camcorder were you using to tape this?
thanks…
i hope you will bring in some spring baozhongs this year!
I used only a panasonic digital camera in video mode.
I visited a plantation for baozhong. Tried their winter harvest, very good. But I will wait to get their spring harvest in March.
thanks!
