Gui Hua (Osmanthus) Black Tea – Homebrew style

Harvesting Sweet Osmanthus (guìhuā in Chinese) flowers from my backyard and making a pot of “Gui Hua” black tea. Lovely!

    A great idea! Osmanthus (Sweet Olive) is so common in the southern US. Do you think citrus flowers would work ?
